Carrier Portal Access Request Form

Carriers can request access to the Best Buy Scheduling Portal (JDA) by filling out the Carrier Portal Access Request Form.

Once the request has been received and processed, you will receive an invitation email from Best Buy. This email will detail the next steps of obtaining a User ID and Password for the JDA Dock Scheduling Portal.

Login to JDA

Once you’ve obtained login credentials, you will be able to launch the JDA Dock Scheduling Portal App.
