The purpose of this guide is to assist Canada partners in routing and shipping products correctly so they are received at the right time and in the right place.

During Best Buy Canada’s SKU setup process, vendors must also prepare outbound shipments for efficient, cost-effective inbound processing at our Canadian distribution centres. This includes, for example:

• Case pack quantities (CPQ) per Merchandising requirements
• Scannable UPC labels, including product cartons that correspond with outer cartons/case packs
• Configured pallet stacks and floor-loaded bundles for efficient unloading at our Distribution Centres
• Secured shipment loads for safe unloading at our Distribution Centres
