Required Actions:

1. Labeling: Scannable barcode at individual unit and carton level. Carton must show PO#.
2. Height: Pallets cannot exceed 84”.
3. DC Appointment: Only way to scheduled delivery appointments is via email. (See link below for application form & Shipping Guideline.) 
4. Delivery: Must be accompanied by BOL, appointment paperwork and packing slip. Must be full case packs.

Common Mistakes and Delays

• Distributor logo appears on the packaging
• Use of distributor brand in box or tape (Manufacturer brand is ok)
• Barcode not scannable.
• Driver does not have appointment paperwork.
