TO AVOID ISSUES WITH SETUP, PLEASE REVIEW THE BELOW PROCEDURES PRIOR TO STARTING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.

The AP Visibility System via Easylink allows Best Buy and its suppliers to share information and conduct business in a secure environment. All Best Buy Merchandise vendors are required to register for this online service.

The benefits to you are as follows:

  • Access to near real-time payment information
  • Deduction details available immediately
  • Visibility to unpaid, pending invoices and disputed deductions
  • Cash forecasting
  • Inquiry forms - missing invoices, copy requests , pending invoices, status of dispute, appeal denied dispute, deduction not available on site
  • Online dispute of deductions
  • Reports - denied disputes, EDI rejects, deduction detail by data range, consignment, payment detail

Actions required and timeframe to complete:

  • Complete enrollment using registration instructions and this link.
  • Complete below required steps:
    • Enroll within 48 hours of email receipt
    • Once your enrollment is approved by Best Buy, you will receive an email with your user ID and password. Due to batch update processes, account detail will appear 24 hours after approval.
    • Review and use the Reference Guide/FAQ document found on the Best Buy Traditional Brick & Mortar Process page.
