As a vendor participating in the VDF Program, you will benefit from additional sales in current categories, as well as new categories outside the traditional consumer electronics products sold by Best Buy. The exposure provided is enormous.

Our customers are able to continue shopping online with the confidence and store support they've had access to for consumer electronic products, but with an even greater assortment of categories such as skin care, fitness, outdoor living, home and garden.

  • Inventory Owned by Vendor - Vendor holds inventory at their own warehouse and ships directly to the customer from there.
  • Fulfillment Conducted by Vendor - Vendor has complete responsibility for ensuring product is in-stock and shipped in a timely manner to customer.

As a VDF vendor, you will complete multiple steps before going live with Best Buy Canada (BBYC). Once contracts are signed and sent back to us, it takes approximately 12 weeks until “live” date.

Partnering with Best Buy Canada is easy and affordable.

Requirement from vendor: Vendor must have a Canadian Ship From address and use Canadian shipping label under Best Buy master account.


CommerceHub set up

  • One time setup fee of USD$750 or USD$1,750, depending on the type of connection you choose (Browser or Integrated)
  • USD$65 monthly fee
  • USD$0.50 per order fee

Pricing Changes

For any cost changes, please complete the below template with required information and contact your merchant. In order for cost changes to be effective the next business day, all changes must be submitted by no later than 12:00 pm.
