These Vendor Privacy and Security Policy Requirements (“Requirements”) are part of Best Buy's comprehensive privacy and security program which seeks to reduce or eliminate risk of loss to Best Buy, its employees, and its customers.

In today’s interconnected world, the security of information placed on any set of networked systems is dependent upon the security of all the components of that network. Therefore, Best Buy requires that all vendors, and their third-party providers, that access and/or interface with any Best Buy Systems and/or Best Buy Information, either directly or indirectly, comply with these Requirements if and as applicable to the services and/or products provided by Vendor to Best Buy, at their own expense. These Requirements establish a minimum set of controls that must be followed in order to protect Best Buy Information and Best Buy Systems.
