ICM is the paperless contract management system for Best Buy's merchandising vendors to “Click to Approve” Marketing Development Funds (MDFs) and electronically sign Vendor Program Agreements (VPAs) using DocuSign. If you do not have access to this system or application, contact your Vendor Security Administrator (VSA) or Partner Support.
