ICM is a paperless contract management process for Merchandising Vendors at Best Buy to “Click to Approve” Marketing Development Funds (MDFs) and electronically sign Vendor Program Agreements (VPAs) using DocuSign. If do not have access to this system or application, contact your Vendor Security Administrator (VSA) or Partner Support.
