Our Business Performance Report (BPR) tool has been placed into a hibernated state where it is no longer accessible by our vendor community. We have taken this step as the tool does not provide a user experience and consistency that meets your and our expectations. No decisions have been made as to if another iteration of this report will be released, but we will be certain to keep you informed.

To satisfy your reporting needs, we encourage you to leverage both the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) report (accessible on the Partner Portal) and your EDI Sales and Inventory feed. To learn about these data sources, please read more on the Partner Portal or contact CPFR@bestbuy.com and EDIsupport@bestbuy.com respectively.
