Creating Your Mirakl Store
To complete Mirakl onboarding and open your store, you'll need to complete the following tasks:
- Create an account in Mirakl
- Review and verify your store account information
- Set up your payment configuration
- Review your shipping settings
Open the welcome email you received from Best Buy. Click the Create an account link and follow instructions to complete the onboarding process.
When filling out the onboarding form, be sure to:
- Set up your user profile.
- Create your password.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- View checklist and begin onboarding tasks.
Go to Settings in the Marketplace portal menu and choose Store. Then, complete all the required fields under each one of the tabs. Any data that's already filled in should match the information you provided in your Marketplace application. Please verify this information and make any required updates.
My account
Fill in all required fields under the My Accounts tab.
Note: The following My Account information will be visible to customers on your Best Buy Marketplace Seller page:
- Name
- Description
- Logo
- Customer support phone number
- Customer support email
Business calendar
Hours of operation: Best Buy requires business hours of Monday – Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. CT.
Holidays: Sellers aren't expected to conduct business (i.e., order acceptance, message responses, etc.) on standard holidays. Here's a list of Best Buy non-business days:

Fill in all required fields under the Contact Details tab.
Note: The information in the Address field will be visible to customers on your Best Buy Marketplace Seller page.
Billing information
Fill in all required fields for default billing information. This section must match your company’s legal registration and will not be visible to customers. It should match all company details provided to Payoneer for the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in the next step.
