Once a new order is received, navigate to the order dashboard and select "Accept" to confirm receipt of the order.
After an order has been accepted, go to the order dashboard and click "Mark as Shipped", then follow the prompts to enter all mandatory information such as carrier and tracking number.
To manage cancellations, go to the order details and select the "Cancel Order" option, then follow the prompts to complete the process.
