Managing Store Hours and Closures
Store Setup
As a seller, you can define your own business days and hours for your store. Business days and hours will be taken into account when calculating delivery times (lead time to ship, shipping deadlines) and seller statistics (order acceptance time, message response time).
If you would like to update your business days and hours from the current defaults, log in to Mirakl and navigate to Settings > Store > Business calendar. Uncheck any days of the week that you will be closed. Note that your offers will display longer lead times when you are closed. If you do not make any changes, Best Buy’s default of Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST will apply.
 
If you need to close your store for any reason, log in to Mirakl and navigate to Settings > Store and use the Closed from/to fields under your store name. Closing your store this way will deactivate all offers, so you will not take any new orders. Offers will become active once the store is reopened. All orders placed before the closure will still be included in your seller statistics.
Best Buy has a list of nine standard holidays where you are not expected to do business that can be viewed at Settings > Store > Business calendar. While you cannot add additional days in this section, if your store is going to be closed during another time, you have a few options:
- Update business days to uncheck the day(s) of the week when you are closed. After the closure/holiday, be sure to revert to your usual business days so it doesn’t impact future weeks.
	
- This option allows your offers to remain active and your store to continue getting orders, but your items will display longer delivery times.
 
 - Temporarily close your store to deactivate all offers. You will not take any new orders until your store is reopened.
 - Leave your account settings as is, with the assumption you will be able to catch up quickly on orders when you reopen and still hit your shipping deadlines.
