About CPFR

CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) focuses on improving partnerships between Best Buy and vendors through joint business planning and forecasting of consumer demand. The CPFR Application on the Best Buy Partner Portal provides visibility to data, such as POS forecasts, receipts, inventory, and sales, to enable more efficient and effective planning discussions.

Plan View

• The Plan View tab is used for collaboration between Best Buy and vendors. This contains Best Buy data as well as vendor data (when entered or uploaded) to provide variances that can be discussed during CPFR calls.
• This tab includes a Best Buy Data Refresh timestamp and a Vendor Data Refresh timestamp to let users know when the data was last updated.

Daily Files

• The Daily Files tab contains the vendor flat file CPFR reports.
• Reports are refreshed daily by approximately 8AM CST.

Open PO

• The Open PO tab lists the PO’s, items, and quantities that are open and not yet received into inventory by Best Buy.
• This tab includes a Best Buy Data Refresh timestamp. The data is updated daily.

Appointments 

• The Appointments tab lists the scheduled appointment(s) associated with each PO along with the carrier contact timestamp and carrier ETA.
• This tab includes a Best Buy Data Refresh timestamp. The data is updated daily.
