Request Access through Vendor Identity

To request access to the US Merch CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) Application, submit an application access request through Vendor Identity.

Your request will be routed to your Vendor Security Admin (VSA) for approval. Once your VSA approves your request, you will have access to the application.

Log in to the Partner Portal and access the CPFR — US Merch Application from the following places:

From My Dashboard:

Navigate to My Applications and locate the CPFR — US Merch line item
Click Launch to open the CPFR Application

From Blue Navigation Menu:

Select Applications from the top right global navigation bar and locate the line item containing CPFR — US Merch
Click the icon to launch the CPFR Application

From CPFR — US Merch User Guide:

Navigate to the CPFR — US Merch user guide from the dashboard, navigation menu, or application catalog
Click the Launch button in the top right of the user guide
