Packaging
- Packaging must be sufficient for the entire delivery – from warehouse to customer.
- Items must not be exposed for damages to occur.
- If an item cannot fit into a box, protective material must be wrapped around the item to prevent it from being dirtied or damaged during transportation.
- If the product contains glass or any fragile pieces, additional packaging must be provided, and packaging clearly marked fragile.
Shipping Label
- No additional shipping labels should be located on the package(s). Only the shipping label that is meant for the customer should be on the package(s).
- If you are a distributor that has product shipped to your warehouse, these labels need to be removed.
- If you are a manufacturer that has product shipped from one warehouse to another, these labels also need to be removed.
Service Level
All orders should be prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after receiving the orders. Delivery times should be comparable to other delivery services in the area. Please ensure you account for the scheduling process between the carrier and customer when setting your Delivery times by Zone. This ensures accurate lead time estimates are presented to customers during the shopping experience.
