Returns Disputes

If you disagree with Best Buy’s decision to accept a return, you may submit a Return Dispute through the Seller Hub Payment Reconciliation Form.
Submitting a Return Dispute
Navigate to the Support section of the Seller Hub - Support - Partner Portal
- Click on Get Payment Support
- Under Select Your Topic, choose “Dispute a Return”
- Fill out all requested fields
- Hit Submit
What happens next?
- You will receive a confirmation email that includes the Order ID and the Ticket ID from BBY-S-MKTPSSWORKFLOW@bestbuy.com. Please use this information to help track your dispute submissions.
- Respond to this confirmation email with pictures and any other evidence that you have to help support your dispute. Best Buy cannot begin to research your dispute until they have received all supporting evidence.
- Best Buy will respond to all tickets once a thorough review of your dispute has taken place.
Reminders
DO:
- Submit a separate dispute for each order ID
- Act promptly by replying to the confirmation email with all required supporting documentation.
- For damaged or missing item disputes, include clear photos of the shipping carton, showing all edges and sides of the packaging.
- Allow up to 30 days for processing
- Submit disputes within 90 days of Seller payment
DON’T:
- Submit duplicate disputes for the same Order ID
