  • Accept/Reject all new orders within 24 hours.
     
  • Ship customer orders within 2 business days from order receipt.
    • Best Buy’s default lead time to ship is 1 day. As a seller, you can increase your default lead time to ship to a maximum of 2 days within Mirakl by going to Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options and updating the Days value.




       
  • Before confirming a shipment, it is mandatory to Add tracking information and check box Mark this shipment as shipped. Once the shipment is confirmed, the system will automatically send the customer a shipping confirmation email.
     
  • Orders can be fulfilled by third-party fulfillment service, but only with unbranded boxes and packaging.
     
  • If orders are not accepted and/or not shipped on time, the order may be canceled by Best Buy.
