Customer satisfaction is important on Best Buy Marketplace. Expectations for order acknowledgment and fulfillment include the following:

  • Accept/Reject all new orders within 24 hours.
     
  • Sellers must ship customer orders within two business days from order receipt.
     
    • Best Buy’s default lead time to ship is one day. As a seller, you can increase your default lead time to ship to a maximum of two days in Mirakl by going to Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options and updating the Days value.




       
  • Before confirming a shipment, it's mandatory to Add tracking information and check the box Mark this shipment as shipped. Once the shipment is confirmed, the system will automatically send the customer a shipping confirmation email.
     
    • Updating the tracking information after confirming the shipment will not process nor generate a notification to the customer. If this happens, you should message the customer to share the accurate tracking number.
       
  • Orders can be fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment service, but only with unbranded boxes and packaging.
     
  • If consecutive orders are automatically rejected, your store may be suspended.
     
  • If orders aren't accepted and/or not shipped on time, the order may be cancelled by Best Buy.
     
  • If you accept an order and later discover an inventory-level discrepancy, you should promptly issue a refund.

Please note: Best Buy has item quantity limits in place. You should expect a maximum of five units per item per order for customers and 15 units per item for businesses. If you have any concerns with these limits, please contact your Account Manager.
