How to Get Access

A Vendor Identity account is needed to gain access to the Partner Portal and other Best Buy managed applications such as Ship It Right (SIR) and Product Data Management (PDM).

Users are invited by your company's Vendor Security Admin (VSA). VSAs are determined during the vendor setup process and are the primary point of contact for Best Buy.

A Username linked to your email will be received once invited and registered. You will automatically have access to log in to the Partner Portal. See the section Users: Accounts and Access for access to additional applications.
