Password Management

Reset Your Own Password (Before Logging In)
Rep Firm VSAs/Users: Log in to Vendor Identity (VI) with your email or Parent ID and select which company needs to be managed from the dropdown menu. Use the password associated with your Parent ID. For further assistance, contact Partner Support.


If you cannot log in to the Vendor Identity application due to a forgotten password:

  • Launch Vendor Identity Application.

  • Enter email or VID as Username.
  • Click Forgot Password on the login screen.

  • Enter your email and click Validate Email.

  • Email address is validated.
  • Request a One-Time Passcode (OTP) by clicking Send Code.

Note: If you have multiple accounts/IDs, select a specific Org Name/ID from the dropdown menu before proceeding to reset your password.
  • Create Password by following prompts.
  • Click Submit Request.

Reset Your Own Password (After Logging In)
  • Expand the top left menu.

  • Select Manage Identity > Reset Password.

Reset Password 

  • Create New Password by following prompts.
  • Click Submit.
 

Note: If errors are encountered, clear your cache and cookies (all time) and/or use an incognito browser
Reset Another User's Password (VSA Only)
  • Expand the top left menu.

  • Select Manage My Users Access > Reset User's Password.

  • Enter the User Name or Email address or click the dropdown menu to select the appropriate User.
  • Click Send Reset Password Link
