Resetting Passwords

Reset Your Own Password (Before Logging In)
Rep Firm VSAs/Users: You will always log in to Vendor Identity with your Parent ID, then select which company you need to manage from the dropdown menu. If you need assistance, contact Partner Support.


If you cannot log in to the Vendor Identity application because you do not know or have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen.


On the next screen, enter your email and click Validate Email.


Once your email address has been validated, you'll be brought to a screen to request a One-Time Passcode (OTP). Click Send Code.

Note: If you have multiple accounts/IDs, you will be able to select a specific Org Name/ID from a dropdown menu before proceeding to reset your password.

 
On the next screen, you will create your new password and click Submit Request.

Reset Your Own Password (After Logging In)

Expand the top left menu and select Manage Identity > Reset Password.


You will be taken to the Reset Password screen. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

 

Note: If you encounter errors, clear your cache and cookies (all time) and/or use an incognito browser
Reset Another User's Password (VSA Only)

Expand the top left window and choose Manage My User's Acess > Reset User's Password.


You will be prompted to enter the User Name or Email address. You can also click the dropdown menu to select the appropriate User. Once you select the User, click Send Reset Password Link
