Best Buy’s Product Recall Policy has been updated to provide clarity and consistency about Product Recalls, with a new policy defining requirements and timelines for a Vendor’s response to Consumer Product Safety Claims and Recalls. These updates reinforce Best Buy’s commitment to the safety of our customers and employees, compliance with Canada’s Consumer Product Safety Act, and ensuring timely execution of recall and product safety activities. Effective immediately, the Product Recall policy become part of the Vendor Performance and Operation Standards available for review on the Partner Portal.
