As part of Best Buy’s ongoing effort to build and maintain an efficient and effective supply chain, we are making some changes to how and where we store inventory. There will be no changes to forecasts or demand outside of normal business practices. As we think about leveraging our network strategically you will start to see Purchase Orders and quantities change for specific locations.

Starting with Delivery Dates in mid-February, our newest DDC in Lancaster, TX will start to see an increase in demand/orders, while our Flower Mound location will see a decrease in demand/orders. This will be fully effective by 3/17/25 and moving forward.

Some Purchase Orders have already been placed, and relevant partners are aware.
