These forms are to be used as a starting point for determining how product is sourced to Best Buy distribution centers. Program level information will be considered after the initial analysis has been completed by the Collect Transportation Management Team.

If your program will be domestic freight prepaid, these RFIs are not required.

Complete one of these templates only if you will be shipping freight collect domestically to a Best Buy distribution center, or deconsolidation centers for direct imports. Send the completed RFI template within 5 business days to both the CTM team and the Product Safety team.
