Who can manage billing information?
The Billing Admin(s) can manage billing settings and is the primary recipient of invoices and billing notifications. Admin users can view billing information, and administrators can manage billing admin roles and permissions. All other users do not have access to billing management.
From the Billing Settings page, Billing Admins can:
- Manage credit card information, including updating payment methods and selecting the preferred card.
- Set a maximum invoice threshold within their eligible billing tier.
- Add or update a secondary email address for financial notifications.
To access Billing Settings:
- Sign in to MyAds.
- Select the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Billing.
- From the Invoice History and Billing Details page, navigate to Billing Settings.
What forms of payment are accepted in MyAds?
Currently, credit cards are the only accepted payment method in MyAds.
Billing Admins can manage their saved credit cards from the Billing Settings page. The preferred card on file is used as the default payment method for all campaigns associated with the organization's account.
What happens with uncollected invoices or suspected fraud?
If an invoice is unpaid for an extended period, Best Buy may use an agency or Mirakl account to collect payment. Any credit card chargeback or fraud will result in all account activities being paused until resolved. Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.
How do disputes and chargebacks work?
You can dispute a charge within MyAds, and our support team will help you. Disputes do not pause ad services unless the billing admin requests it.
Important: Please note that you aren’t guaranteed any specific ad results that result in a refund. Credit card chargebacks will pause all activities until resolved.
What billing address do I use for international credit cards?
1165 N Dupont HWY
Dover, DE 19901
USA
How do I apply tax exemption status to my account?
You can submit your tax exemption certificate through the billing management page or contact support for assistance.
What currency are the charges processed in?
All charges are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
What billing address is used?
The billing address on your invoices is the one assigned to your account and used as the entity address across Best Buy Marketplace. Your credit card's billing address can be different from your account's billing address.
What are the payment thresholds?
Payment thresholds are specific limits that, when reached, trigger an invoice and a charge to your default card. These limits do not affect your campaign budget.
After a successful payment history, your threshold may be raised, resulting in fewer invoices. If a payment fails, your threshold may be lowered.
Billing Admins can view their current billing threshold and set a maximum invoice threshold from the Billing Settings page. The selected maximum threshold cannot exceed the account's assigned billing tier threshold.
Please note: Best Buy reserves the right to adjust or change invoice thresholds with or without prior notice.
| Tier | Invoice Threshold |
|---|---|
| Tier 1 |
$50 |
| Tier 2 | $1,000 |
| Tier 3 |
$2,500 |
| Tier 4 | $5,000 |
| Tier 5 |
$10,000 |
| Tier 6 | $25,000 |
What is the Maximum Billing Threshold?
The Maximum Billing Threshold allows Billing Admins to control the largest invoice amount they want to receive at one time.
The maximum threshold can be updated from the Billing Settings page and must be equal to or lower than the account's assigned billing tier threshold.
For example, if an account is assigned to Tier 3 ($2,500), the Billing Admin can choose a lower maximum invoice threshold but cannot set a threshold higher than $2,500.
Can I add additional recipients for billing notifications?
Yes. Billing Admins can add a Secondary Email Address from the Billing Settings page.
The secondary email address is used for financial and billing-related notifications, helping ensure invoices and account billing communications reach the right contacts in your organization.

My payment is shown as failed and my ads are currently paused. How can I resolve this issue so my ads run again?
If your campaigns are paused due to a payment method failure, it means we were unable to process your recent payment. To resume your active ad campaigns, please update your credit card information as soon as possible. Once the payment is successfully processed, your campaigns will automatically restart, ensuring continued visibility and performance.
