Starting October 26, 2025, Best Buy will launch a new process for managing DMQ disputes with AP Visibility.

Disputes will now be submitted and reviewed using a grid format, similar to the current process for RGM disputes. This change is designed to enhance efficiency, transparency, and ease of use. 

What's Changing:

• Go-Live Date: October26, 2025
• New Format: Grid-based dispute submission
• Resolution Process: Disputes will be reviewed and resolved directly within AP Visibility by the Best Buy team

• Ability to appeal as soon as a denial is submitted
