Supplier Direct Fulfillment (SDF) lets Best Buy carry an expanded assortment of products by having 3rd-party Vendor Partners fulfill Best Buy Purchase Orders (POs) directly to the customer. The customer experience is no different from ordering a product from Best Buy’s core assortment; customers place orders with Best Buy and receive support from Best Buy, though the Vendor Partner ships the products directly. Once onboarded, Vendor Partners will have full access to this resource page, which will provide the documentation they need to succeed with Best Buy’s SDF program.
