Getting Started with Your Best Buy Seller Hub Account
The Seller Hub is your starting point for onboarding to the Best Buy Marketplace. From here you can click directly to Mirakl to begin your store setup, configure permissions by user for your store, and access articles on a variety of helpful topics.
Once you’ve joined the Best Buy Marketplace, you will receive a welcome email with a link to set up your Seller Hub account. This is the first step before setting up any other systems including Mirakl.
Click the “Set up your profile” button and register for your Seller Hub account.
If you manage multiple stores, when you log in, you’ll be able to select an individual store’s account.
Once logged in, you can add users and configure their permissions for each system. You can click “see role definitions” for more information on each permission.
You can navigate to Mirakl and MyAds using the links in the upper right corner.
Your next step in onboarding is to click the “Go to Mirakl” link and begin your store setup. For more details on Mirakl, visit Creating your Mirakl store.
You can use your Seller Hub email and password to sign into Mirakl. When you are on the Mirakl login screen, enter your Seller Hub email, then click the “Sign in with Best Buy” button.
Reports
Click the reports section to access valuable insights to inform your business.
Featured SKU Pricing: Monitor which products are being prominently displayed to customers on product pages and how your pricing compares to other 3rd-party products.
Product Detail Page Engagement: Get key metrics on customer engagement, conversion, and performance to identify pricing and advertising opportunities.
Delivery Report: View on-time delivery rates by zone, as well as individual order information for detailed analysis
Additional Reports: Access additional reporting insights available in Mirakl.
