Best Buy requires all consumer electronic products it purchases be certified to all applicable safety standards. Certifications must be conducted by a nationally recognized testing laboratory (NRTL) that is accredited for the standards covering the product type. This recognition must include all appropriate safety standards for the product type and its components. This requirement is applicable to all Best Buy retail outlets and sales channels.
