California Proposition 65 (CA Prop 65) is a California regulation that requires businesses to provide a “clear and reasonable warning” before knowingly and intentionally exposing individuals in California to a chemical listed by the state as known to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity. For more information on this regulation, including the list of chemicals, please go to: https://oehha.ca.gov/proposition-65.

Best Buy requires product vendors to take the responsibility of providing any warning required for their product or packaging and, in the case of product displays in-store, providing any required warning on the display product. If you are supplying products that require a CA Prop 65 warning, please be sure to understand the requirements as specified here.
