Update a Single Promotional Price
To set promotional pricing and periods for a single offer in the Marketplace portal, follow the step-by-step instructions below:
Log in to the Marketplace portal and navigate to the Price and stock section then Offers.
Use the Filter section to search for your offer by Offer, Product, or Catalog filters then click Refresh.
On the far right of the offer, click the "…" to see more options, then select Edit price.
Update the product's discount price.
Note, you can also edit the Price. Reminder that the Discount Price will display as a strikethrough price on bestbuy.com.
Update the discount start and end dates if your promotion is valid for a limited time.
If no date is specified, the discount is applicable immediately and/or indefinitely.
Save your changes.
Update Multiple Promotional Prices
To set promotional pricing and periods for multiple offers using an Excel template, follow the instructions below:
Log in to the Marketplace portal and navigate to the Price and stock section then Offers.
Download the "Ready to import" Excel file by clicking the button shown below.
Make the desired price changes directly in the discount-price column of the file.
Please use the following format when inputting your dates:
yyyy-MM-ddThh:mm:ss
Note that T remains constant, and time should be entered in central time.
For example, the below discount would be active on August 23rd, 2025 from 10:30AM – 12:30PM Central Time.
Once you've made your changes, save the file.
Return to the Marketplace portal, and go to Price and stock then File imports, and finally Import File. Use the criteria below when uploading your new promotional pricing.
Finally, click Import to update your promotional pricing and periods.
Use Track offer imports to view the status of your import. Track offer imports is found under Price and stock > File Imports > Track Offer Imports of the Marketplace Portal.
