iMart is Best Buy's Web EDI solution. This platform is owned and managed by the Best Buy EDI Operations Team. We provide this service free of charge to our Partners*, and do not require EDI testing.
iMart is a user-friendly, easy-to-navigate platform for Partners who are looking for a Web-based EDI solution. Additionally, there is no need for a Value Added Network (VAN) to establish an EDI Connection.
iMart allows you the visibility and manual completion of the following, all in one space**:
- Log in with Multiple Users
- Purchase Orders (850)
- Purchase Order Changes (860)
- Advance Ship Notices (856)
- Invoices (810)
- Shipping Label Creation
* Due to the required manual entry process of Advance Ship Notices and Invoices, iMart is recommended for smaller businesses.
** The Sales and Inventory Report (852) will need to be approved by your Demand Planner before it can be enabled. The Sales and Inventory Report is shared in a XML format.
