Best Buy is upgrading their electronic payment system to Western Union Business Solutions’ latest platform, Payee Manager.

Vendors presently enrolled in EFT through Western Union will automatically migrate to the new platform. Here are the steps that will take place during this upgrade:

  1. Vendors will receive a pre-notification letter from Best Buy.
  2. Western Union will contact the vendor via email, confirming the vendor data has been migrated. Western Union will also provide vendors with their username for the new platform, Payee Manager.
  3. Vendor will receive notification when Payee Manager is live.
  4. Western Union will provide vendor log in information and a link to new platform.
  5. Vendor must log in to the new site and verify account.
  6. Best Buy will begin making payments through the new platform.
